At PUEBCO EUROPE, we want you to be fully satisfied with your unique home goods; if you are not, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original PUEBCO industrial packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include your order slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send the package via a tracked courier service of your choice; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
